I am here to listen, support, and teach new skills

Working as a therapist for the past 18 years, I’ve met with people of all ages and backgrounds, at various points on their mental health journey. Anxiety, depression, grief, loss, shame and guilt affect us all and sometimes take control of us, but you can take control back.
